The Customer Data Specialist at Compass Realty Inc is a key member of the team responsible for managing analyzing and maintaining client data to support real estate operations sales and marketing efforts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy improving customer insights and driving better decision-making and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate client information
- Analyze customer data to identify trends preferences and sales opportunities
- Segment client lists for targeted marketing campaigns and communications
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits cleanups and validation checks
- Track and report on lead generation conversion rates and client activity
- Collaborate with agents and marketing teams to improve customer outreach strategies
- Monitor data entry processes and train staff on best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and company policies
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Assist with integrating new tools or systems related to customer data
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in data management CRM administration or customer analytics
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and real estate tools (MLS)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or data reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
