Job Summary
Job Description: Online Chat Representative at Measutronics
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about Measutronics products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Basic knowledge of marine construction and dredging operations is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or online chat support
