Position: Remote Service Center Representative

Measutronics provides positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions in support of marine construction and dredging operations. We have a thorough understanding of the unique challenges the marine environment presents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients remotely.
- Handle inquiries via phone email or chat regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service or technical support role.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Experience in the marine industry or related field is a plus.
