Position: Remote Service Center Representative

About the Organization:

Measutronics provides positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions in support of marine construction and dredging operations. We have a thorough understanding of the unique challenges the marine environment presents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients remotely.
  • Handle inquiries via phone email or chat regarding products and services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Experience in the marine industry or related field is a plus.
