Job Summary

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Identify and acquire new customers across key segments such as construction

Manage and grow relationships with distributors dealers and key accounts within the territory.

Promote the companys adhesives portfolio including industrial adhesives sealants and specialty bonding solutions.

Conduct regular customer visits product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Work closely with the technical team to provide application support and customized solutions to clients.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing dynamics within the territory.

Ensure effective coverage and route-to-market execution across assigned locations.

Negotiate contracts pricing and supply agreements with customers.

Track and report sales performance pipeline activities and market intelligence.

Ensure timely order processing delivery coordination and after-sales support.



  • Bachelors degree or HND in Business Administration Marketing Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 58 years sales experience preferably in adhesives chemicals construction materials or industrial products.
  • Proven track record of managing territories and delivering sales growth.
  • Experience working with distributors and channel management is essential.
