Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- You will research and identify potential customers who may have cross-border payment needs building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects at all times.
- You will identify key decision-makers within target businesses and find the most effective ways to reach and engage them.
Outreach and Engagement
- You will contact prospects through approved channels including phone email WhatsApp and LinkedIn clearly introducing the companys services and generating genuine interest in what is being offered.
- You will follow up consistently and strategically with prospects to drive conversations forward and move leads through the pipeline with purpose.
Lead Qualification
- You will take the time to understand each prospects business needs and payment challenges qualifying leads effectively to identify the highest-value opportunities for the sales team.
Meeting Booking and Reporting
- You will schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Sales Executives ensuring a smooth and well-prepared handover at every stage.
- You will accurately record all outreach activity in the CRM or tracking system providing regular updates on activity booked meetings qualified leads and any blockers that arise.
- You will track outcomes over time and use insights to continuously improve the quality and conversion rate of your leads.
What Success looks like
- A consistently healthy and growing pipeline of qualified prospects that meets or exceeds weekly and monthly targets.
- A high volume of quality outreach activities completed daily across multiple channels with strong follow-up discipline maintained throughout.
- Qualified meetings booked consistently for the Sales Executives with leads that are well-researched and properly vetted before handover.
- Accurate and up-to-date CRM records at all times with clear and reliable reporting on outreach activity and pipeline health.
- A measurable contribution to revenue growth through consistent lead generation and pipeline development over time.
To be considered for this role you should have
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development business development telesales customer acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills across phone WhatsApp and email with the ability to engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify and qualify relevant prospects efficiently.
- High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfort working with targets and being measured on sales activity and results.
- Experience in fintech payments banking FX logistics trade or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools Google Sheets or lead generation platforms is a plus.
