Job Summary
Min 8 Years B2B Services/BPO Sales Proven experience selling people-driven services (Managed Services Back-office Outsourcing).
Min 5 Years North American Market Direct experience selling to US/Canada clients. Must have managed the full sales cycle for US clients from India (Offshore/Onshore model). Understands US legalities and business culture.
Min 3 Years CRM Mastery (Salesforce)with strong forecasting and reporting discipline.
New business development expertise including pipeline building lead generation and deal closure.
Enterprise deal negotiation skills including commercial discussions contracts and SOWs.
Education:- Master degree.
