Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships understanding market dynamics generating consistent leads and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold visits in the field to educate potential B2B customers about the product offering
  • Generate 710 leads per day through field sales activities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to conversion
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs on a regular basis
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and onboarded customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable cooling solutions
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products services and processes
  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences


Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 12 years of field sales experience or similar customer-facing sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Marathi language skills are an added advantage for Mumbai-based roles

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong field sales exposure in B2B segments
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling/visits
  • Comfortable working with targets and sales KPIs
  • Self-motivated proactive and result-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with restaurants cafes hotels gyms and other commercial establishments
