Roles & Responsibility:
- Achieve production targets as per the approved production plan through optimal utilization of CNC machines manpower tooling and materials.
- Ensure departmental KPIs related to productivity machine utilization quality delivery and operational efficiency are consistently met.
- Monitor machine performance and implement initiatives for OEE improvement by reducing downtime optimizing cycle time and minimizing changeover losses.
- Perform engineering cycle time calculations and identify opportunities for machining cycle optimization to improve productivity and throughput.
- Lead breakthrough and continuous improvement projects focused on productivity enhancement process optimization and cost reduction.
- Conduct capacity planning based on market demand and production capability to ensure smooth manufacturing execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and zero-defect manufacturing complying with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives aligned with organizational business objectives.
- Ensure effective implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve machine reliability and reduce breakdowns.
- Maintain 5S workplace standards to ensure a clean organized and efficient shop floor environment.
- Support employee development and multi-skilling of operators and supervisors to enhance flexibility and productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement operational excellence and teamwork in manufacturing operations.
