Were hiring a Community Manager to own energize and grow the SuperCFO community. You will manage a 260K strong global network; keeping conversations alive designing programs that bring members together and turning this community into a thriving ecosystem with brand partnerships exclusive offers and member benefits.

What Youll Do

Own the day-to-day pulse of the community
Drive engagement by sparking discussions surface content recognize active members
Run AMAs webinars panels and virtual events with CFOs and industry leaders
Launch & lead new engagement initiatives like building a substack
Build the monetization layer through sponsorships partner deals curated offers
Track engagement growth sentiment and retention
