Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Automobile / Service Industry preferred)
Salary: 45000 to 50000 Per Month
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
* Execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs
* Manage high-volume blue-collar recruitment (80%)
* Build candidate pipelines via job portals social media consultancies & referrals
* Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning & closures
* Drive employer branding through job fairs campus drives & events
* Ensure smooth stakeholder communication and timely updates
* Use HRMS/ATS tools (ZingHR LinkedIn Naukri) for efficient hiring
* Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality-of-hire)
* Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
* Lead and mentor recruitment team; achieve hiring targets
* Train hiring managers on structured and bias-free interviews
