Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Stock Control / Creditors Clerk to join their team.

Salary and Benefits:

USD 675 Gross plus Quarterly Performance Incentive

Responsibilities:

Stock inputs Local & Foreign Suppliers
Margin Analysis
Excel - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Capturing of stock transfers write offs and adjustments in SAGE Evolution with full supporting documentation.
Maintaining accurate stock item master data including units of measure costing methods and pricing structures.
Assisting in updating costings for new products and price updates.
Ensuring that all stock journals comply with approval workflows and audit trail requirements.
Stock take management prior during and post counting i.e. Stock reconciliation and variance resolution
Monitoring of non-selling warehouses
Monitoring negative stock cost anomalies and incorrect item codes resolving issues promptly
Maintaining an audit ready filing system for stock transactions
Supporting month end reporting including stock valuation provisions and journals

Key Skills:

1-2 years experience in stock control within a finance environment (not warehouse).
Experience with SAGE Evolution is essential.
Exposure to audit processes reconciliations and financial reporting is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
