Job Summary
Our client is looking for an Accounts Data & Systems Clerk to join their team
Salary & Benefits:
USD 500 -USD 600 Net Medical Aid Transport
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for capturing and reconciling financial data from Optimax into Sage ensuring that all records are accurate complete and ready for monthly management reporting.
- Process sales receipts and journals from Optimax reports
- Reconcile data between Optimax and Sage
- Support month-end processes and management reporting
- Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records
- Assist in improving system efficiency and data processes
Key skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a structured process-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
- Minimum 2 3 years hands-on Sage Pastel experience (essential)
- Experience with POS or multi-branch systems
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
