Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Graduate with 6 months call center experience OR graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course
- Fluent in German with good English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Experience in customer service hospitality travel or airline industry is a plus but not required
- Applicants must hold valid residence or work status in Greece

- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
- Typing speed around 35 WPM
