Job Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their inquiries and concerns. The role involves assisting customers answering questions and resolving issues through phone or online systems while providing a positive customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Graduate with 6 months call center experience OR graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course
  • Fluent in German with good English communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Experience in customer service hospitality travel or airline industry is a plus but not required
  • Applicants must hold valid residence or work status in Greece

  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
  • Typing speed around 35 WPM
