Introduction
Workster is partnering with a major Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to hire Croatian-speaking Travel Support Agents. This role focuses on supporting partners of a leading accommodation platform. The position is based in Athens but offers Remote options for residents of Greece or those willing to relocate.
Your Role
- Inquiry Handling: Manage all incoming communications from partners and clients.
- B2B Support: Act as the main point of contact for accommodation partners regarding room modifications rates and availability.
- Platform Guidance: Assist partners in using extranet tools and other internal systems.
- Information Management: Use specific tools and methods to provide accurate and complete information.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of service and a positive experience for all partners.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or fluent Croatian and a minimum B2 level in English (oral and written).
- Skills: Ability to explain product/service details clearly and effectively.
- Availability: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (mornings afternoons and weekends).
- Tech Literacy: Tech-savvy with full proficiency in MS Office products.
- Location: Must be a resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.
