Introduction

Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience to hire Dutch-speaking Customer Representatives for a project in the travel and car-rental sector. This role involves supporting international customers and accommodation partners to ensure seamless reservations and high-quality service delivery.

Your Role

• Communication Management: Handle incoming contacts from clients with a focus on professionalism and accuracy.
• Partner Support: Act as the primary point of contact for accommodation partners regarding room modifications pricing availability and the use of extranet tools.
• Resolution: Resolve customer and partner queries efficiently by applying deep product and service knowledge.
• Information Delivery: Use internal processes and digital tools to provide accurate complete and valid information.
• Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Dutch and a minimum B2 level in English (both written and spoken).
• Communication: Ability to explain complex product information clearly.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (mornings afternoons and weekends).
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with digital workspace tools.
• Location & Model: * Remote work is available only for candidates currently residing in Greece.
  • Candidates relocating from abroad will be required to work fully on-site in Athens.

• Compensation: Monthly salary 1500 eur/gross
