Career Opportunity: Dutch-speaking Customer Expert in Greece (Remote)
Cross Border Talents is hiring fluent Dutch speakers to join a dynamic team based in the beautiful coastal city of Thessaloniki Greece. This role offers a perfect blend of professional growth and a Mediterranean lifestyle.
Financial Package:
Base Salary: 1300 gross/month.
Productivity Bonus: Up to 15% of gross salary based on targets.
Accommodation Bonus: 150 gross/month for the first year.
Relocation Support: Total of 1200 in bonuses (phased over 9 months).
Key Information:
Work Model: Remote (Must be based in Thessaloniki).
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts 08:00 23:00) occasional weekends.
Contract: 8-month initial contract with career growth opportunities.
Role: Handling after-sales inquiries via phone chat and email regarding orders payments and logistics.
Requirements:
Dutch: C1 level or higher (Fluent).
English: B2 level or higher (Proficient).
Skills: Strong PC literacy stress tolerance and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
