Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales generate leads and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will promote real estate products close deals and meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
2. Generate and follow up on leads
3. Conduct property inspections and presentations
4. Negotiate and close sales deals
5. Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support

Requirements:

1. 2 - 3 years experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Target-driven and self-motivated
4. Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines
