Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sales person to join our team in Benin City Nigeria. As a Sales person you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service whilst ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Accurately count and reconcile items at the beginning and end of each shift
- Scan items bag purchases and provide receipts to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory management when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Qualifications :
. BSC HND in Accounting
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred
- Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash and perform basic calculations quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Good time management and organisational skills
