Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals presentations and commercial quotations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn email campaigns networking etc.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team
Salary
