Role Overview
A Junior Sales Executive assists in driving sales by identifying potential customers maintaining client relationships and supporting senior sales staff in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (callsvisits)
- Assist in generating leads and converting them into sales
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
- Prepare and deliver basic sales presentations
- Follow up on inquiries and pending deals
- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
- Support senior sales executives in closing deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Confidence and a positive attitude
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
Qualifications
- SSC complete but not necessary
- 02 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Freshers are often eligible.
Preferred Qualities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a team
- Basic understanding of the industry/product
