Our products are trusted by leading contractors architects and developers across Nigerias construction ecosystem. We are seeking a commercially driven and industry-experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our market presence and drive revenue growth across high-value construction projects.
The Senior Sales Executive will drive business growth by engaging contractors building engineers architects developers and procurement decision-makers within the construction sector. This role requires strong industry networks independent field execution structured reporting and the ability to close high-value B2B deals.
Identify prospect and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Build and manage strategic relationships with:
Contractors
Building Engineers
Architects
Project Managers
Real Estate Developers
Procurement & Commercial Managers
Promote and sell:
Premium waterproofing materials
Luxury kitchen faucets
High-end bathroom fittings
Conduct product presentations demonstrations and technical briefings.
Position company products at early project planning stages.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Close high-value and bulk supply transactions.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track industry developments and competitor activities.
Identify upcoming construction projects and bidding opportunities.
Provide actionable market feedback to management.
Contribute to pricing and product positioning strategies.
Submit structured daily sales and activity reports.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up records.
Provide weekly performance updates during in-office strategy meetings.
Maintain CRM records and customer documentation.
Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship continuity.

Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in:
Construction
Building materials
Architectural finishing products
Engineering supplies
. or HND in Business Administration Marketing Engineering Building Technology or related discipline (Required).
Strong existing professional network within Nigerias construction ecosystem.
Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
