Job Summary

Our company a fast-growing financial services provider in Abuja is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Loan Sales Officer to support business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will drive loan sales build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Source new clients and open loan accounts in line with company targets
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
Promote payday loans and SME credit products to individuals and small businessea
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the customer base
Develop strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities revenue invoices and client interactions
Follow up on prospects and provide professional guidance throughout the loan process
Represent the company positively during field activities and client engagements

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in any discipline
12 years of experience in loan sales credit marketing or related financial services
Prior experience selling payday loans or SME loan products is an added advantage
Must currently reside in Abuja (preferably within or around Garki)
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated target-driven and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
