The Sales & Logistics Officer is a hybrid field sales and delivery role centered around route management and active selling. Using a company motorcycle as your mobile office you will independently manage your daily operations to deliver pre-ordered goods to current clients while simultaneously prospecting pitching and selling additional inventory to new businesses and individuals along your route. Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect for new B2B and B2C customers along your designated route pitching our protein products to newly opened restaurants caterers and retail shops. Safely ride the company motorcycle to deliver fresh pre-ordered protein products to existing clients on time ensuring cold-chain integrity is maintained. Build strong relationships with your regular customers gather feedback and upsell them on new products or larger order volumes. Manage daily mobile inventory selling extra stock directly from your cooler box to maximize daily revenue. Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) or verify bank transfers accurately calculate change and strictly reconcile all daily sales and unsold stock with the accounting team. Take primary responsibility for the care hygiene and daily basic maintenance checks (oil tires brakes) of the company-provided motorcycle and thermal equipment.
Requirements
Valid riders permit and riders license. Previous experience as a dispatch rider preferably within food service retail or logistics. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions. Ability to use navigation and communication apps effectively. Physically fit and able to handle delivery of food items including raw food materials. Professional attitude reliability and strong customer service skills. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when required.
