Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Executive Operations lead to build and run the execution engine of an ambitious AI-first technology company. This is more than an operations role. You will design the systems automations and AI-powered workflows that drive speed clarity and output across every function working directly with the CEO to turn strategy into consistent outcomes. Your Responsibilities

The Company Operating System

You will own the companys planning cadence dashboards decision tracking and execution rhythm ensuring the organisation moves with clarity and speed.
You will run execution cadences week to week keeping priorities visible and momentum alive.
You will lead cross-functional sprints to unblock growth improve margins and deliver better customer outcomes.

AI Systems and amp; Automation

You will build and deploy AI agents and workflows that eliminate manual work across the company.
You will own the full lifecycle of AI systems from design and deployment through monitoring and continuous improvement.
You will redesign core workflows across teams for speed and reliability then automate them.
You will drive adoption of AI tools across the company ensuring they are actively embedded in how teams work daily.
You will track performance usage and cost of AI systems and optimise them continuously.

Cross-Functional Execution

You will manage cross-functional execution that impacts revenue efficiency and customer experience.
You will work directly with the CEO to remove friction and translate strategy into consistent trackable outcomes.
You will maintain clear visibility into performance priorities and blockers at all times.

What Success looks like

30 to 50 percent reduction in cycle time across key workflows within the first six months.
Multiple AI systems actively in daily use across teams with measurable impact on productivity.
Strong tool adoption across the company with clear demonstrable efficiency gains.
Faster decision-making and tighter execution. The company moves noticeably quicker because of the systems you built.
Full visibility into performance priorities and blockers at every level of the organisation.

To be considered for this role you should have

Experience in operations program management or a similar role in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience building systems or automations that improved how teams work.
Comfort working with AI tools and a proven ability to experiment and iterate quickly.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
Experience in financial services healthcare or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
Ability to write simple scripts or work with APIs is a plus.
