Job Summary

  • Develop and implement the country sales strategy for LCL/FCL products.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and forwarding network.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and forwarders.
  • Drive import and export volume growth for the NVOCC division.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for management.
  • Ensure achievement of profitability and revenue goals.


  • Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or related field.
    • Strong experience in LCL/FCL sales within the freight forwarding/NVOCC industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing volumes.
    • Strong industry network within the forwarding community.
    • Leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skill.
    • Local Lebanese preferred to effectively engage and develop relationships with major Lebanese business houses in Nigeria.
