In this role you will be responsible for managing daily salon activities coordinating with staff and maintaining high standards of service. You will contribute to the growth of our brand by fostering a welcoming environment and promoting our salons offerings. We offer a competitive salary range of 25000 - 35000 monthly along with a supportive workplace culture that encourages professional development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the salon
- Manage salon staff and ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Train and mentor new staff members
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
