Job Summary
Job Description:

Customer Service & Sales Greet customers and assist them with unit rentals payments and inquiries. Use consultative sales techniques to rent available units and sell packing/moving supplies.

Maintain strong relationships with tenants to encourage renewals and referrals. Facility Operations Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing duties security checks and cleanliness. Oversee maintenance landscaping and repairs to ensure property safety and appearance.

Monitor access control systems and conduct daily lock checks.

Financial & Administrative Handle basic accounting tasks.

Track occupancy delinquencies and prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Marketing & Community Outreach Maintain local marketing activities to attract new tenants. Build partnerships with local businesses for referrals.
