Job Summary

We are hiring for a Taxation role with our client

Work Location - Mumbai - Churchgate

6 days working - Alternate Saturdays off (2nd and 4th)

Work Timing: 10 am to 6pm

An Investor Relations (IR) professional manages communication between a companys management and its shareholders analysts and the financial community.

Key responsibilities include creating earnings materials managing investor meetings communicating company performance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to maintain a fair valuation.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Financial Communication: Prepare quarterly earnings releases investor presentations conference call scripts and the Management discussion & Analysis (MD&A) section of annual reports. Should be AI savvy as well.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for institutional investors buy/sell-side analysts and retail investors to share company strategy.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activity and analyst sentiment providing actionable feedback to senior management.
Strategic Advisory: Advise executive management on investor perception market reaction to strategic decisions (M&A capital raises) and potential activist investor threats.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications comply with regulations (e.g. SEC regulations).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualification: Masters / PG / in Finance cost accounting / investment related fields

Financial Literacy: Strong ability to understand analyze and communicate financial statements valuation models and KPIs.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to distill complex financial information into a clear investment narrative.
Experience: Usually requires a degree in Finance Accounting or Economics with experience in finance investment banking or equity research.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a strong investment case for the company
