Senior Zonal Sales Manager - Corporate Hospitals (Bangalore)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within corporate hospitals in Bangalore. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales performance manage a team and build strong relationships within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual primary and account-wise secondary sales targets.
- Manage sales operations exclusively within corporate hospitals.
- Define and implement strategies for new product entry and increasing market share for existing products.
- Effectively manage corporate chain hospitals through CBU RCs.
- Resolve market issues in assigned states.
- Oversee stock liquidation manage near-expiry stock and ensure timely collections.
- Manage lead and train the sales team focusing on team building and both technical and relationship selling skills.
- Motivate the team in implementing company strategies.
- Regularly meet key decision-makers in hospitals including HODs Microbiologists and various senior officers in corporate hospitals.
- Understand end-users and their connection level with the sales team.
- Meet and maintain high-level connections with influencers in the decision-making process.
- Ensure timely supply of goods and services to key customers through channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with KOLs including purchase departments and infection control committees of corporate hospitals.
- Organize CME and patient education programs with KOLs.
- Govern effective distributor management within the region.
- Ensure clean and clear payment status across the region from distributors and hospitals adhering to agreed payment terms.
- Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / B Pharm / BSc / Microbiology.
- 18 to 20 years of total experience.
- Proven experience in sales management preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales operations in corporate hospitals.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and strategies for product entry and growth.
- Excellent team leadership training and motivation skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Proficiency in managing distributors and ensuring timely payments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
