Job Summary

Implement and manage community-based programs in alignment with organizational objectives
Maintain accurate financial records and support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate with stakeholders partners and team members to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare reports documentation and progress updates for internal and external review

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
