Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administartion Officer to join their dynamic team.
Salary:
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
  • Develop and enforce robust internal control systems.
  • Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead audit processes and ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records by monitoring general ledger movements reviewing journal entries and posting significant transactions;
  • Managing debtors and creditors enquiries from large clients;
  • Conducting costing and profitability analyses;
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Reviewing and posting payroll journals and initiating payment requests.
  • Preparation of payroll related tax and statutory returns and initiating payment requests.
  • Oversee all administrative functions across head office and regional operations.
  • Develop implement and standardize administrative systems policies and procedures.
  • Manage records management systems ensuring accuracy compliance and accessibility.
  • Ensure efficient coordination of administrative support services across all branches.
  • Lead procurement strategy and supplier management across the organization.
  • Oversee sourcing tendering negotiation and contract management.
  • Oversee management of all company properties and offices nationwide.
  • Manage leases rentals landlord relationships and property costs.
  • Ensure maintenance repairs and operational readiness of all facilities.
  • Coordinate office setup expansion and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards.
  • Design and implement efficient operational systems.
  • Drive process improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between finance administration and operational functions.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management on financial and operational performance
  • Lead and develop administration and finance teams across.
  • Support organisational growth through scalable systems and infrastructure planning.
Key Skills:
  • Experience managing nationwide operations.
  • Proven experience in procurement asset management and property management.
  • Experience using accounting software systems.
  • Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems ERP platforms and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA CIMA CA) is highly preferred.
  • 5 10 years experience in a senior finance/administration/operations role.
