Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures
- Supports the departments management in overseeing the departments operations
- To take responsibility for contributing towards self-development with guidance from the Marketing Services Manager and to attend training courses as identified.
- Monitoring of content used by marketing agencies on all media channels.
- Ensure effective coordination of consumer feedback.
- Coordinates internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Assists in developing and executing investments for local communities in line with the organisations CSR strategy.
- Assists in preparing and planning publications of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
- Organises and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Distributes and tracks usage and execution of marketing materials in the market.
- Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities for growth.
- Monitors that all company promotion channels for example the Website Facebook Twitter and the YouTube movie channel are used consistently and repeatedly.
- Attends to internal and external stakeholder complaints effectively.
- Helps in organising other departments events and supports the events team with delivery of marketing support material.
- Prepares monthly expenditure report of all marketing expenses.
- Devises and organises a calendar of marketing events from the marketing plan.
- Assists in planning and execution of marketing events.
- Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of all promotional activity and prepare measurement reports.
- Liaises with staff to request and collate information for the quarterly newsletter.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to management regarding upcoming marketing projects new products or services and overall strategy.
- Assists in managing key accounts customer relationships.
- Makes frequent market visits to gather customer feedback on product and service and assessing market needs.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
