Job Summary

Basis: temporary - 3 month contract
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Collecting employee documentation such as Driving Licence Tags Domestic Driving Licence CPC Certificates and related items
- Chasing Employees to submit the documentation requested
- Verifying documentation by comparing submitted data with the original licences to confirm validity
- Uploading documents and updating records within our HR system
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be necessary from time to time
What Skills do you need
- Secondary level of Education with O level standard in main subjects such as English and Mathematics
- Knowledge and fluent in English
- Demonstrates attention to detail in work ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
