Main duties:
- Manage departmental tasks document filing and general HR assistance
- Create and maintain digital and physical employee files records and new joiner profiles
- Keep internal systems and databases up to date
- Organize interviews performance appraisals and corporate events
- Manage corporate card tasks and order promotional materials
What skills do you need
- Proven track record in similar role
- Self-motivated professional capable of driving solo projects while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams
- Articulate communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong workflow management and the ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Bilingual fluency in English and Maltese (written and oral) ensuring seamless communication in local and international contexts
- Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel Word and Outlook
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
