- Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of Hotel Operations to achieve customer (guests employees corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
- Develop the operational and commercial strategy to ensure the successful hotel opening with strong business forecast maximizing revenue potential.
- Act as an integral role model displaying explicit knowledge and awareness of company brand standards and emotional luxury.
- Ensure that service standards and procedures as well as the delivery of the brands guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
- Recruit and build a team to provide luxurious and personal hospitality by creating personalized experiences and intuitive service that is impeccable.
- Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy.
- Drive culture of delivering memorable experiences and taking pride in turning moments into memories.
- Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders including owning company local authorities and surrounding community.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Prior pre-opening experience with a luxury hotel of a similar positioning as Fairmont.
- Proven track record of building a strong service and quality culture.
- Strong understanding of luxury hotel sales and distribution with an understanding of the Indian market and international luxury travel.
- Strong people skills and a track record of fostering positive inclusive high-performing cultures.
- Is representative of this Iconic Brand of Distinguished Hotels
- Composed and confident in dealing with luxury guests from both India domestic and international origins
- Understands the importance of delivering emotional luxury
- Demonstrated leadership organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Experience in developing and handling socials and weddings.
- Possessing excellent communication skills superior knowledge of business functions exceptional budgeting and finance skills and strong leadership qualities
- Min 10 years leadership experience in luxury hospitality
