As a Salon Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. We offer a competitive salary range of 35000 - 45000 monthly along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain inventory and manage product purchasing
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback effectively
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness trends
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- Customer-focused with a passion for the beauty industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High school diploma; further education in beauty or management is a plus
