Akash Cables is looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the work floor. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff monitor workflow and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper communication and workflow.

Maintain discipline safety and cleanliness on the work floor.

Handle operational issues and resolve them quickly to avoid disruptions.

Ensure proper stock handling movement and floor management.

Support management in improving operational processes and productivity.

Prepare and maintain basic reports related to daily operations.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Working Location: Parrys Chennai
Salary: 25K 50K per month (Depending on experience and skills)
