ROLE- Key Account Manager
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Key Account Manager to join our team in Pune. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain the value of our products and services
- Manage client relationships based on trust respect and open communication
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Collect and analyze data to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and account notes
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide expert advice to clients
- Resolve client complaints and improve processes to prevent future issues
- Identify industry trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
- Act as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience
Requirements
Requirements:
- Having NAPS/NATS apprenticeship knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client handling
- Fluency in Hindi and English with knowledge of a native language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients
- Basic Excel and data maintenance skills
- Persuasion and negotiation ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Stable internet connection and computer system
