We are seeking an experienced Executive Key Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore/Bengaluru. As a key member of our Human Supply Chain Management Company you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional service. Responsibilities


  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain the value of our products and services
  • Manage client relationships based on trust respect and open communication
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
  • Collect and analyze data to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and account notes
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Resolve client complaints and improve processes to prevent future issues
  • Identify industry trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Act as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Having NAPS/NATS apprenticeship knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client handling
  • Fluency in Hindi and English with knowledge of a native language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients
  • Basic Excel and data maintenance skills
  • Persuasion and negotiation ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Stable internet connection and computer system
