Job Title: Manager - Business Development

Qualification: MBA / PG in Finance or Financial Markets preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor research across global exchanges
Prepare client-ready presentations pitch decks and value propositions
Support business development initiatives client meetings and member onboarding
Manage BD pipeline CRM updates and follow-ups
Coordinate with product operations tech and compliance teams
Support seminars roadshows and business development events

Skills Required

Strong understanding of capital markets exchanges and derivatives
Research benchmarking and analytical skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint Word and CRM tools
