General Manager (GM)
Location: Cochin Kerala
Experience: Min 5–10 years in managerial roles with extensive experience in the Chit Fund NBFC
Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate in Finance / Management (Preferred
Age: 42 – 50 years
Salary: Up to 12 LPA (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to increase subscribers and overall business volume (ATO/BTO)
* Lead marketing initiatives and field operations to expand business reach
* Ensure smooth functioning of chit/Financial operations including auctions and documentation
* Maintain strict compliance with the Chit/Financial Act and state regulations
* Manage branch/area P&L and monitor cash flow
* Ensure timely collections from prized and non-prized subscribers
* Lead train and motivate Branch Managers Sales Teams and Field Staff
* Drive performance to achieve business and collection targets
* Handle subscriber grievances proactively
* Build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Proven experience in operations management and business expansion
* Excellent strategic planning and negotiation abilities
* Ability to manage large teams and multi-branch operations
* In-depth knowledge of chit fund / financial services industry
