Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day café operations including opening and closing procedures
Supervise train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
Ensure high standards of food quality hygiene and cleanliness
Handle customer queries feedback and complaints professionally
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Manage cash handling billing and daily financial reporting
Implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in café/restaurant management
Strong leadership and team management skills
