Job Summary
Job Description – Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Varanasi
Department: Mortgage / Secured Lending
CTC Offered: 13 – 15 LPA
We are hiring for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Mortgage segment at Varanasi location.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in secured lending products such as LAP Home Loan Mortgage Loans and Business Loans against property along with team handling and business development expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for the mortgage vertical in the assigned area
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Source business through DSA connectors direct sourcing and open market channels
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers
- Ensure quality sourcing and login-to-disbursement process management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and credit norms
- Develop market penetration strategies in the Varanasi region
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan sales
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
- Strong local market knowledge of Varanasi and nearby regions
- Stable career background preferred
