Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Sr. Manager to drive business growth in the tyre retreading segment. The candidate should have strong exposure to tread rubber dealers tyre tube & patch markets and retreading business networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
Manage dealer networks and key customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Lead and guide sales teams across regions
Monitor market trends and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
5–8 years of relevant industry experience
Strong network in tyre retreading / rubber products
Excellent leadership & business development skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
