Job Summary

Position: Head Business Development – Holidays (Inbound & Domestic)
Location: Cochin
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in handling similar position
Salary : Upto 12 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Drive inbound and domestic holiday business growth through branch digital corporate and agency channels
* Achieve overall business targets and management goals
* IATA Certification preferred
* Manage contracting with hotels dmcs airlines travel tech partners and other suppliers
* Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen product offerings
* Design and update holiday packages based on market trends
* Launch new destinations and create competitive itineraries
* Train and orient sales teams on products to improve performance
* Conduct regular sales visits to branches corporates and travel agents
* Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
