Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to drive plant performance reliability and compliance at a leading API manufacturing facility. This role will be instrumental in managing process engineering utilities and maintenance while supporting strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process engineering & maintenance of API manufacturing equipment
Manage critical equipment such as reactor vessels centrifuges dryers filtration systems
Oversee plant utilities including HVAC Boilers Chillers WFI/PW systems and compressed air
Ensure high equipment uptime and operational efficiency across the facility
Drive preventive & predictive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives
Support CAPEX projects including installation commissioning and validation
Ensure compliance with USFDA GMP and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor the engineering team acting as a strong deputy to the Site Engineering Head
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production QA EHS) for smooth operations
