We are seeking an experienced and systems-oriented individual to join our clients senior management. The Factory Systems Manager will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing robust systems that measure manage and improve factory performance across key operational areas.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems for monitoring and improving factory performance including OEE downtime maintenance and scrap rates.
- Establish and manage Quality Control (QC) systems to ensure consistent product standards.
- Oversee stock management and material usage tracking systems.
- Generate clear accurate and timely management reports on key factory metrics.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production maintenance and quality teams to ensure alignment with system requirements.
- Lead and manage staff to ensure adherence to established procedures and performance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory operations environment.
- Strong understanding of production systems process control and KPI reporting.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and management reporting tools.
- Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and systems-minded with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Production Management or a related field.
