Job Summary

Our client is seeking a hands-on organised and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects across commercial buildings residential housing developments and related infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Oversee site teams contractors suppliers and subcontractors to ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.
Prepare project timelines schedules cost estimates and budgets.
Monitor project progress and financial performance adjusting plans where necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Liaise with architects engineers clients and regulatory bodies.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all construction standards building codes and company policies.
Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience managing construction projects (commercial or housing).
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety standards.
Experience working with contractors consultants and project stakeholders.
