- 広域チェーン本部エリアで優先順位の高いまたハンドルが難しい小売卸本部を担当する
- 担当企業と成長目標を共有し営業戦略に基づいた適切なプランをアカウントプランニングを通じてカスタマイズして立案実行し達成をリードすることで中長期的な取り組みを築く
- 帳合特約店バックオフィスエリアセールスMD活動を行う委託業者と協働する
- 今までのやり方にとらわれず新しい考え取り組みを提案し率先してチーム内や自身の行動に取り入れ実践する
- 自身のエリアチーム内でのリーダーシップの発揮を行うとともにTMチームと連携して現場からの必要なインプットを行いMJの新製品や新しい取り組みがより現場に役立つように貢献をする
- 自走する組織の一員として積極的に様々な課題に対してチャレンジし必要な場合にはLMやSenior Mgrsディレクターに提言やレコをあげていく
Key Responsibilities

- 自己責任において業務をリード通常窓口との商談ではMGRには報告ベースのみにできるように問題があった場合には指示待ちではなく提案までをMGRに商談相手が通常窓口の上司だった場合はLMのサポートを受けながら実施
- 今までのやり方にとらわれず新しい考え取り組みを提案し率先してチーム内や自身の行動に取り入れ実践する
- 担当チェーン毎の現状把握分析が行うことができ効果的なアカウントプランニングを実行出来るようにするカスタマーマーケティングのサポートがつくチェーンはカスタマーマーケティングと協業
- MDチームとも協業しキーアカウントにおいて店舗レベルでも全てのプラン配荷露出が実施されるようリードする
- 担当企業の活動の進捗管理問題や機会の発見を行いマネージャーや関係部署にタイムリーに共有し協議の上適切な対策を講じる
- 担当企業のアカウントプランニングおよび定期的な進捗確認を通じてプランニングスキルの向上を行うお互いの売上成長や利益成長などの共有目標と達成のためのWin-Winの提案をリード年契や取り組みの実務面リード全国進捗の報告アクションの確認情報シェアなど提案書は自身で得意先にカスタマイズできたものを作成できる
- 関連部署との協働によるビジネスへの貢献
- 担当業務だけでなくセールス組織全体へも影響力を発揮し協業を実行する
- 自身のエリアのMGRサポートを率先して行いチームエンゲージメントをリードしていくジュニアメンバーへのサポートを率先していく

- 営業戦略エリア戦略に沿ったアカウント別プランの立案実行

- 店舗案件対応の決断
- チーム運営へのインプット実行のリード

- セールスチーム営業エリアチーム戦略プランの実行
- トレードマーケティングチーム/マーケティングチーム営業戦略へのインプット

Education & Professional Qualifications
- 大学卒
- 普通自動車第1種運転免許取得
Knowledge / Experience
- 営業経験あり消費財の営業経験があればなお可
