Job Summary
Market Intelligence & Analysis
Monitor nightlife trends competitor activities and consumer behavior. Turn data into actionable insights for the On Premise team.
Event & Activation Support
Assist in planning and executing festivals third-party events and brand activations. Manage logistics and ensure brand standards are met.
Musketeer Support
Join field visits to understand account management. Prepare presentations and trade marketing tools for key accounts.
Project Management
Lead operational projects such as digitalizing menu support or optimizing POS ordering processes.
Qualifications :
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
Passion for hospitality nightlife and events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid Japanese drivers license (preferred for field visits)
University degree (or equivalent)
Fluency in Japanese & English (TOEIC 800 preferred)
